We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to manage projects from ground-up to renovations across various sectors, including retail, office, healthcare, and hospitality.
Commercial Construction Superintendent Job Description: The Commercial Construction Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of job sites, coordinating subcontractors, managing schedules, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Commercial Construction Superintendent Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage ground-up and renovation projects across diverse commercial sectors.
- Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, materials, and equipment to achieve project milestones.
- Maintain strong communication with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
Commercial Construction Superintendent Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent.
- Proven ability to manage diverse commercial projects from start to finish.
- Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficient in construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or equivalent.
