Job Overview:
We are seeking multiple experienced and highly motivated Construction Superintendents to oversee on-site operations and ensure successful project completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing construction projects, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure project completion according to schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth workflow.
• Enforce safety protocols and compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
• Review and interpret blueprints, project plans, and specifications.
• Schedule and oversee inspections, testing, and quality control procedures.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, progress updates, and documentation.
• Monitor project costs and implement cost-effective solutions.
• Conduct regular site meetings to ensure clear communication among all stakeholders.
• Train and mentor on-site personnel as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent in commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in construction management software and MS Office Suite.
• OSHA certification and other relevant safety training preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as required.

Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a commercial construction supervisory role.
