Compensation Range: $90,000 - $130,000

We are currently on the lookout for a seasoned Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead and oversee our array of construction endeavors.

Superintendent Duties:

• Direct and manage day-to-day operations on-site for various commercial construction projects, including data management facilities, life sciences centers, dining establishments, retail stores, medical facilities, and hospitality venues.
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and construction teams to ensure a seamless workflow.
• Ensure all projects are finalized punctually, within the allocated budget, and adhere to specifications.
• Implement safety measures and ensure compliance with all health and building standards.
• Conduct routine site evaluations and address any emerging concerns swiftly.
• Collaborate effectively with project managers, architects, and designers throughout construction phases.
• Maintain precise project records and deliver regular updates to stakeholders.
• Address and resolve any conflicts or challenges that arise during the construction process.

Superintendent Requirements:

• 2- 5 years of experience as a Supervisor in commercial construction, with specialized knowledge in data management facilities, life sciences, dining, retail, medical, or hospitality projects.
• Proven history of steering successful initiatives across these varied sectors.
• Strong comprehension of construction workflows, materials, and industry regulations.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Capability to accurately read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
• Familiarity with local building codes, health standards, and safety regulations.
• Proficience in construction management software and tools.
