We are in search of a Construction Superintendent to ensure projects are delivered successfully and on time for construction worksites in the Atlanta, Georgia area. Major responsibilities include collaborating with subcontractors and overseeing the entire scope of the construction project. The ideal candidate should be able to determine and address any risk areas in order to maintain the safety of workers. This candidate should be experienced in communicating project milestones with clients and other parties and be able to establish a timeline for completion. Prospect will define project needs and oversee the performance of both subcontractors and general laborers. The client's projects include Industrial, K-12, Higher Education, Healthcare, Corporate Interiors, Aviation, etc.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operation of construction projects
• Ensure safety, compliance, and quality regulations are followed
• Communicate project progress with clients and project managers
• Manage subcontractors and construction site organization
• Keep projects within budget
• Keep projects on target time for completion
• Prepare area for subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and quality standards
• Plan construction processes, inspections, and obtain proper permits
• Supervise staff and provide constructive feedback
• Monitor and report on project progress
• Order proper equipment to complete projects
