Job Title: Superintendent - Commercial Construction

Location: Anaheim, CA and West Sacramento, CA

Salary: $100,000 - $125,000

Travel: 25% within Southern California

Responsibilities:

• Manage high-end retail construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Utilize Procore software for project management.
• Oversee new store builds, remodels, and office renovations.
• Resolve conflicts and omissions efficiently.

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of commercial construction experience.
• Luxury retail construction experience required.
• Procore proficiency preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent document management.

• Drug screen
