Commercial Construction Superintendent at GPAC

An Atlanta construction company is seeking an experienced Superintendent to add to their team. This company is a construction industry leader and has a well-established reputation in the local area. They haven been committed for decades to the community and surrounding development area. 

Responsibilities of a Superintendent:

• Coordination of all communication with partners, stakeholders, contractors, engineers and architects
• Oversee project management and timeline of the projects to ensure commitments are being met
• Develop standards to be provide effective and efficient project completion 
• Manage building material orders and delivery to projects
• Ensure all employees and contractors are following safety polices and procedures

Preferred Experience:

• 5 years experience with emphasis on commercial construction
• Strong leadership skills with previous management of construction professionals
• Ability to communication effectively and convey project direction
• Proficient in construction management software
• History of completed projects with values 10M plus
