Commercial Construction Senior Project Manager - Gpac

A ground-up firm is looking for a proven Senior Project Manager with a strong background on diverse commercial construction projects. They are growing rapidly and are opening up their team for a Senior Project Manager. Growth potential is very high as well offering different avenues to grow yourself within the company. 

THIS IS COMPANY AND JOB IS BASED IN KANSAS CITY, MISSOURI

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within budget and within scope
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Lead and direct the work of other project team members as needed
• Client follow-up and retention

Skills and Requirements:

• Construction Management degree, or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of TEAM LEADING in commercial construction 
• Knowledge of all phases of the building construction process including pre-construction through closeout
• Excellent time management skills
• Extensive experience in cost controls
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
