Job Description: Seeking experienced and motivated individuals to join the team as Assistant Project Managers, Project Managers, and Senior Project Managers. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in commercial construction and a proven track record of successfully managing projects of various sizes and complexities.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
• Manage project budgets, expenses, and timelines
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress
• Mentor and supervise junior team members

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
• Minimum experience in commercial construction project management: 2+ years for APM, 5+ years for PM, 10+ years for a Sr. PM
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam)
