Our client is a premier general contractor with a great reputation amongst it's clients and employees.
They are seeking a Commercial Construction Project Manager in the Los Angeles area.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 years of commercial construction project management with a commercial general contractor
- Experience managing a variety of projects in different phases of the construction process
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred, but experience may be considered in lieu of the same talents and traits)
- Flexibility to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Urgency and resourcefulness with problem identification and resolution
