Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year

Our company is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process from initial planning to completion. This role involves managing a variety of commercial construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in line with quality standards. The Permanent Commercial Construction Project Manager will work closely with a team of professionals, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients, to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all stages of project life cycle including initiation, planning, execution, control, and closure of commercial construction projects.
2. Develop comprehensive project plans, manage and supervise construction process, and ensure adherence to the project schedule.
3. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and project success.
4. Manage project budget, including cost control and financial reporting.
5. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards, regulations, and laws.
6. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality of workmanship.
7. Anticipate and manage potential risk factors and work to mitigate them.
8. Resolve any project-related issues promptly and professionally.
9. Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, issues, and solutions.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within the commercial construction industry.
2. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred.
3. Proven experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish.
4. Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, materials, and safety regulations.
5. Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and lead a team.
8. Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
9. Proficiency in project management software and other relevant computer applications.
10. Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Construction Management (CCM) is a plus.
