COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER
An established, reputable, General Contractor is looking to add a Project Manager to their team immediately. Are you a self-motivated construction professional looking for career advancement? COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER:
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Project Manager role
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry
· Must have experience leading diverse commercial construction projects from inception to completion
· Ability to manage and run projects $10M+
· Strong communication skills with Superintendents, Subcontractors and Owners
· Ability to identify and solve problems
· Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
