Goff Construction Services, LLC is seeking a results-driven and experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee commercial construction projects from planning through to completion. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Project Planning and Scheduling:
- Develop and manage comprehensive project timelines, schedules, and milestones.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to fully understand project scope and specifications.
- Identify resource requirements and efficiently allocate personnel and materials to meet project demands.
Budgeting and Cost Control:
- Create and oversee project budgets, monitor expenses, and report on budget variances.
- Prepare and review detailed cost estimates, change orders, and project invoices.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors to ensure quality services and cost efficiency.
Project Execution and Quality Control:
- Oversee the execution of construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
- Track project progress and performance against key metrics, including timeline, cost, and quality.
- Uphold quality control standards, proactively addressing and resolving issues to ensure project success.
Risk Management and Safety Compliance:
- Identify and evaluate potential project risks, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
- Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to enforce safety protocols and promptly address hazards.
Team Leadership and Communication:
- Lead and coordinate with project team members, including site supervisors, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Organize and facilitate regular team meetings to communicate project updates and status reports.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns, managing expectations, and ensuring client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should possess:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of proven experience in commercial construction project management.
Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore) and scheduling tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, P6).
Must have experience with large scale tile wall, conventional steel, and pre-engineered metal building construction.
In-depth knowledge of commercial construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings accurately.
PMP, CM-Lean, or other relevant certifications are a plus.

Working Conditions:

The role requires working in both office and construction site environments.
Travel to project sites may be necessary.
Extended hours may be required during critical phases of the project.
