Commercial Construction Project Manager - Gpac

A well-established and highly respected General Contractor, with a proven track record of success is searching for a Project Manager to join their team. Multifamily project experience is preferred. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multifamily construction projects from start to finish. This is an amazing opportunity for candidates with at least 5 years of experience in multifamily projects to take their career to the next level and work with a leading company in the industry.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement project plans, including budgets, schedules, and resource allocation - Coordinate and collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success - Monitor and control project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or delays - Conduct regular site visits to ensure construction quality and adherence to safety regulations - Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports

Essential Job Functions: - Lead project team members and provide guidance and direction as needed - Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule - Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment for construction projects - Review and approve project designs, plans, and specifications - Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates on project status.

Skills: - 5+ years of experience in multifamily projects - Strong knowledge of construction project management principles and best practices - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Effective communication and leadership skills
