Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial Construction Project Manager position include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
• Proficiency in Bluebeam, Procore, and Sage; experience with estimating for change orders.
• Oversee project planning, including scope, budget, and schedule development.
• Manage construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers on-site and in-office (80/20 split).
• Ensure adherence to budgets, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Maintain client relationships by providing progress updates and addressing concerns.
• Collaborate with project superintendents to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Salary: $50,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
