Commercial Construction Project Manager / Estimator Needed Immediately

Kiesland Development Services, a Cincinnati based Commercial Construction business, seeks experienced

Successful candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:

• Experienced in Commercial Construction design/build environment
• Commercial and industrial project background and experience
• Flexible skill sets-Exceptional communication skills
• Detail oriented and highly organized
• Desire to work with dynamic team focused on creating solutions for a diverse clientele.

Desirable qualifications and experience shall include the following:

Education:

· BSCM or equivalent experience

Qualifications / Experience

5+ years of experience

Strong organizational and project management skills

Industry knowledge and ability to read blueprints

· Varied commercial construction methods

· Conceptual and lump sum estimating

· ProCore software / Microsoft Project / Office 365

· Purchasing

· Interface with field and client personnel, project close-out.

Other:

· ProCore Software experience considered a plus

· Sales ability and pre-engineered systems experience will be considered a plus.
