Commercial Construction Project Manager with Data Center experience

Construction Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects with a focus on data centers, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to align project goals and resolve challenges.
• Manage procurement, contracts, and vendor relationships to secure resources and meet project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as client-specific standards.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure safety, quality, and adherence to project specifications.
• Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting risks, milestones, and achievements.

Construction Project Manager Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in commercial construction project management. 5 years with Data Centers. 
• Demonstrated expertise in data center construction, including knowledge of MEP systems and infrastructure requirements.
• Proficiency in construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and contract management skills.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• OSHA 30 Certification and familiarity with safety regulations preferred.
