As a Commercial Construction Carpenter, you will play a crucial role in the success of our projects. You will be responsible for various carpentry tasks, including metal framing, sheet metal installation, and medium to heavy gauge metal stud work. This position offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects, collaborate with a skilled team, and grow your career in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of commercial construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project operations.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
• Prepare and present project reports, including status updates, cost analysis, and risk assessments.
• Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
• Lead and mentor project teams, promoting a collaborative and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction, preferably with industrial project experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Compensation:

• Full-Time position
• $50,000 - $60,000, based on experience.
