Job description

Project Manager Qualifications:

• Must have a proven work history working with a Commercial General Contractor

• 5+ years experience managing commercial construction ground up projects at least $5M or larger from start to finish

• A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Building Science, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred. Applicants with relevant certifications or equivalent experience will also be considered.

• Practical experience in project management

• Excellent people skills
