A highly-respected General Contractor in Atlanta, GA, with a backlog of projects, is seeking a Estimator, Project Manager, and Superintendent to join their growing team. Looking for someone with excellent people skills and proven work history with Commercial Construction from Ground Up.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience estimating commercial construction
• Responsible to oversee profit and loss relating to assigned projects and will develop regular margin projections
• Developing and managing estimates on multiple, simultaneous projects
• Work with clients and design teams
• Track, price and negotiate project cost changes
