• 5 years of experience estimating ground-up commercial construction projects.
• Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred but not required.
• Proven ability to manage project profit and loss with accurate margin projections.
• Experience in handling estimates for multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong collaboration with clients, architects, and design teams.
• Expertise in tracking, pricing, and negotiating cost changes.
