Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking a Commercial Construction Account Executive. As a Temporary Wall Systems Account and Sales Executive, you will be responsible for the presentation, sales, and client relationships relating to on-site containment solution services for our commercial construction clients. This role aggressively pursues new business opportunities, generates sales leads, and maintains consistent contact with existing clientele. An articulate, motivated, and people-oriented attitude is an absolute must to be successful in this role.

Location REMOTE (Must reside in Dallas)
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and contact industry decision-makers.
- Network consistently via direct outreach, attending events, arranging lunch and learning and leveraging established relationships.
- Conduct highly effective sales presentations; prepare and deliver estimates to prospects.
- Coordinate with project managers to schedule installation, maintenance, and removal of containments.
- Maintain a strong understanding of product inventory, features, and technical specifications to answer specific customer questions.
- Attend weekly team meetings and provide information to management about sales figures, objectives, and challenges.
- Represent the TWS brand in a professional and always accommodating manner.
Job Requirements:
- 2+ years of B2B sales; experience within the commercial construction industry
- Bachelors degree in business administration or related field
- Must be able to travel throughout the metroplex during the week for site visits, etc.
- Must be able to lift at least 15lbs or more as needed for product demonstrations
- Ability to meet goals, stay organized, and maintain a positive attitude
- Excellent ability to communicate both in writing and verbally
- Friendly and personable with a genuine desire to serve the customer
