Your Role as a Commercial Climate Control Technician

In this pivotal on-site role within our Facilities team in Miami, Florida, you will maintain and repair the critical HVAC systems that support our operations. Your mission will align with our vision of transforming healthcare practices one diagnostic approach at a time.

Main Responsibilities:

• Enhance system lifespan through preventive HVAC maintenance.
• Diagnose and resolve malfunctions within HVAC units.
• Conduct general maintenance, such as breaker resets and plumbing repairs.

Basic Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent technical training, plus 3+ years of experience and HVAC certification/license.
• Mandatory certification from the EPA for refrigerant handling.
• Excellent verbal skills to effectively communicate complex issues.

Preferred Experience:

• Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems.
• Journeyperson apprenticeship experience.
• Prior work in a matrix corporate environment.
