Commercial Cleaning Custodian/Cleaner Part Time Evenings - VFit Group

VFit Group is seeking to hire an evening or Overnight Custodian/Technician/Cleaner who will be responsible for the overall cleanliness of our studios in Orange and Los Angeles County. 

The ideal person for this position has experience and enjoys working individually. This position is part-time, working 2-4 hours an evening after the fitness studios close. Ten to twenty hours a week are expected work. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Thoroughly clean and sanitize restrooms, locker room areas, fitness equipment and gym floor.
Stock locker rooms with proper supplies/paper products as needed. 
Properly dispose of trash
Clean/dust items high off the ground (i.e., ceiling fans, TVs, workout equipment)
Please report to the club manager any broken or missing amenities or equipment (e.g., Toilets, faucets, showers, hair dryers, gym equipment).

Requirements

• Custodial experience is preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Punctuality and reliability is a must
• Ability to work evenings and or weekends
• Honesty and exceptional work ethic
• Ability to solve problems independently
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 pounds at times
• Must be able to stand for long periods and reach, bend, lift, and pull, Moving self in different positions, including bending, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, and twisting, to accomplish tasks.
• Will encounter cleaning products and maybe some toxic chemicals
