This is a full-time, direct placement role at Way Service.

We are currently seeking a qualified, experienced chiller technician to join our fast-growing applied chiller service team in the Central Texas (Austin) and surrounding area.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Perform troubleshooting, repair service, routine overhauls, and preventative maintenance for a wide range of commercial & industrial HVAC equipment including air and water-cooled chillers, mechanical systems, boilers, cooling towers, hydronic systems, pumps, RTU's, packaged and unitary equipment. Preferred applicant to have minimum knowledge of variable frequency drives and associated controls.
• Attend training, support other team members and the culture at Way Service, and depending upon experience, mentor junior technicians.
• Record progress with the latest digital tools and software.
• Redeem customer commitments in a professional, transparent, and timely manner.

Requirements:- Experience and required skill set for commercial HVAC or graduate of HVAC trade school program preferred.
- Required EPA certification and TDLR technician registration.
- Safety oriented.

Compensation details: 40-55 Hourly Wage
