Key Responsibilities:

1. Estimate Generation : Utilize Metal Building Software (MBS) and Sales Quoting Tools to generate precise estimates for commercial building projects as requested by Sales representatives.

2. Collaborative Communication : Participate in conference calls with Salespeople, Customers, and Project Managers to comprehensively review project details, ensuring accurate estimation.

3. Pricing Expertise : Generate Building Pricing Estimates based on project specifications and deliver them to Sales Team Members and Sales Management in the Standard Quote Reporting Format.

4. Software Proficiency : Leverage your 1-3 years of experience with MBS to efficiently navigate and utilize the software for estimating purposes.

5. Preferred Expertise : Demonstrate experience with mezzanines, bridge cranes, and MBS Project, showcasing a depth of knowledge in these areas.

6. Other responsibilities and projects as assigned.
