**This is a remote role, requiring residency near West Division Operating Companies.
Position Overview
AMAT West Division is looking for a customer focused individual who understands sales processes and has strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. The Commercial Analyst will provide support to the West Commercial Performance Manager. They will assist in establishing and communicating best practices to the West Division Commercial Teams, for all lines of business as they relate to commercial tools, customer analysis, market analysis and pricing structure.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide user support training, in person, via telephone, webinar, or email. Should be comfortable presenting and training large and small audiences.
- Work on site with local business leaders to implement Commercial CRH standards across the division pertaining to point of sale systems, quoting systems, CRM systems.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Document and analyze sales processes procedures, and/or policies.
- Assist Commercial teams in pulling information from the various system reports and compiling valuable information for meetings to drive performance.
- Help promote a strong customer centric image to our customers and other CRH divisions.
Work Requirements
- Travel will involve – up to 50% of the applicant’s time across the western division of CRH.
- College degree preferred, but not required. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; and three to five years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to write clearly and effectively. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding and to carry out detailed written or oral instructions. Applicant must be self-motivated and needs to be able to handle time sensitive material under stressful situations.
- Must be proficient or be able to quickly become proficient with Internet software, Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point, Tableau, APEX, Command Alkon, Salesforce CRM, and Quote to Cash.
