What you ll be doing:
Responsibilities may include coordination of loan documentation preparation, boarding loans and data entry into loan systems. Additional responsibilities include Insurance verification and coordination of borrower, borrower s counsel, client counsel, Commercial Loan Officers, and client Operations to execute closing and funding of loans and updating Risk Ratings as well as FRB flags in the loan system.
This position is also responsible for carrying out responsibilities of the construction desk including reviewing work conducted by third-party construction monitors, contractors and title agents, monitoring and reporting on service levels and executing the balancing/draw/disbursement process associated with construction loans and revolving lines of credit.
Hybrid work - 1-2 days in office, or additional as business needs dictate.
Requirements:
looking for someone who is detailed oriented, open to do Data entry related tasks and has exposure with MS Office tools.
If someone comes with Finance or legal background will be helpful as this person will be dealing with Loan documents.
Any exposure with Commercial Lending - Captive Finance lending or Dealership will be very helpful (Not mandatory).
Hybrid work - 2-3 days in office, or additional as business needs dictate. Please look for local candidate who can commute as an when required
Detail oriented:
Commercial Lending experience - Captive Finance lending or Dealership
Experience with commercial real estate or construction loans.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Ability to communicate with various stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, Risk, Treasury, Finance and etc.).
3- 5 years of experience is fine. Some one within this budget and holding 7 years will be huge plus.
Education College Degree is required.
