Our client, a rapidly growing and unique insurance organization and one of the fastest-growing insurance brokers in the U.S., is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Commercial Lines Account Executive to join their team.
As the Commercial Lines Account Executive, you will be responsible for efficiently managing a high-volume book of insurance business, specifically focusing on handling middle-market medical malpractice and generalist accounts.

As the Commercial Lines Account Executive, you will be responsible for efficiently managing a high-volume book of insurance business, specifically focusing on handling middle-market medical malpractice and generalist accounts.
Responsibilities
- The focus of this book of business is medical malpractice.
- Building positive relationships with clients to foster loyalty and advocacy.
- Providing excellent service and ensuring all client needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Handling renewals, service requests, claims, billing, and new policy inquiries efficiently.
- Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the insurance markets, underwriting guidelines, submission procedures, and company products.
- Reviewing all applications, policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborating with the department manager to coordinate expiration lists and gather renewal business information.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, preferred
- Property & Casualty License required
- 7+ years’ experience working with commercial lines accounts
- Possess strong administrative and computing skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
- Applied/Epic or similar agency management software experience, preferred.
The preferred location for this position is Solon, OH, however, Iselin NJ, Brewster NY, Anderson SC, Miami FL, West Hartford, CT. could be considered.
