Key Responsibilities
• Manage a high-volume book of mid-sized commercial generalist accounts.
• Handle all aspects of client service, including renewals, claims, billing, and new policies.
• Maintain positive client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor for their insurance needs.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in policy documentation, endorsements, and audits.
• Collaborate with the department manager to coordinate renewals and gather necessary client information.
• Stay up-to-date on insurance markets, underwriting guidelines, and submission procedures.
• Leverage Applied/Epic or similar agency management software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications
• Experience: At least 4 years of experience managing mid-sized commercial accounts in a high-volume environment.
• License: Active Property & Casualty License is required.
• Skills:
o Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
o Familiarity with Applied/Epic or similar agency management software is preferred.
o Strong administrative, multitasking, and communication skills.
o Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
