Job Title: Colorado and Southwest Field Representative

Location: Niwot, Colorado

Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate conservation acquisition opportunities in the Southwest region.
• Develop and maintain relationships with landowners, stakeholders, and conservation organizations.
• Conduct field assessments and prepare reports on potential acquisitions.
• Collaborate with the VP & Regional Director on strategic planning and project implementation.
• Represent the organization at community meetings and events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Land Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in conservation or land acquisition.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
