Novant Health Surgical Institute is seeking a Colon & Rectal Surgeon to join their established team, Novant Health New Hanover Colon & Rectal Surgery, located in the desirable coastal community of Wilmington, NC. The ideal candidate is board certified/ board eligible and has a background/training in pelvic floor care. Access to robotics and a supportive administrative team. Opportunity to teach through surgical residency program. The group consists of 3 physicians and 2 APPs; provides inpatient and outpatient care and is affiliated with Novant Health New Hanover Regional Medical Center, the only level II Trauma center in southeastern North Carolina.

Qualifications

Education:

• Graduate of an accredited school of medicine required
• Completion of an accredited residency program required
• For specialty physicians - completion of an accredited fellowship program specific to medical specialty

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

• Current MD license in appropriate state
• Board certification or eligibility
• Current DEA license required
