Join Keeler Collision of Ridgefield as a Customer Service Representative!
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30am to 5pm
Hourly Range: starting at $20 per hour, based on experience
At Keeler Collision, we provide quality customer service to drivers involved in an accident or incident. This service representative/ receptionist position will be responsible to coordinate with customers, insurance companies, and rental car companies.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers both in-person and over the phone, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Follow up on insurance claims, and facilitate communication between customers and repair technicians.
- Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation related to repairs, inventory, and customer interactions.
- Organize and schedule consultations and appointments, ensuring efficient workflow and timely service
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning of the administrative processes
- Process invoices, payments, and billing, and manage accounts receivable/payable.
Skills:
- Proficient in CCC preferred
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Professional and team player attitude
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation to and from work
