Collision Center Administrator - Sands Chevrolet Glendale
Glendale, AZ
About the Job
Sands Collision Center is family owned and has been proudly serving the valley since 1934. Our collision center is growing at record pace as we have recently signed new contracts with three major insurance carriers. Due to the increase of business we are adding more staff. This position is the perfect starting point for an eager individual who wants to build a career in the automotive industry. Advancement from this position is either into a full time receivable clerk that is responsible for collision center bookkeeping or into a level one estimator which encompasses more detailed collision administration. Once a level one estimator has mastered that position the promotion upwards is into a full line level two estimator. A level two estimator is trained to be proficient in writing and managing detailed collision estimates, working directly with insurance carriers to finalize all repair details, and directly communicating with the collision technician and parts representatives to ensure all expectations are met. With three large automotive dealerships other growth opportunities outside the collision center are available including positions in the accounting, parts, service, sales, and finance departments.
