Body Shop Clerical Assistant

Mike Calvert Toyota has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven and experienced Administrative Assistant for our Collission Center. You should have excellent customer service skills,  be able to multi task, detail oriented with a CAN DO attitude.   Reynolds & Reynolds experience is a MUST!!!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist Director of Body Shop with daily reporting and tasks
• Maintaining the front office 
• Answer all incoming calls 
• Process documentation and file 
• Greet  and assist customers 
• Schedule appointments
• Prepare invoices 
• Obtain customer and vehicle data as needed for collision center estimators
