Long-term temporary, potential temporary-to-direct hire role assisting University Recruitment with Student Recruiting and Accepted Student Events. Please have experience with administrative/logistical events support. Experience working in an academic setting is a plus. Please have excellent MS Office acumen, superb organizational, follow-up, and communication skills, and the ability to thrive at multi-tasking.
List of job requirements.
- Reserving rooms for events/meetings on multiple campuses
- Utilizing online project management platform
- Arranging catering and meetings
- Sourcing vendors, obtaining quotes for items such as business cards, informational brochures and pamphlets, swag (pens, water bottles, etc.)
- Sending logos to outside vendors for the creation of promotional items
- Entering information for PO’s and matching up with invoices
- Sorting items received for events, logging in MS Excel, separating and coordinating for shipment and packing up boxes for events
- Assisting with Open Houses and other Recruiting events as well as Accepted Student galas and orientations
