Collector/Phone Representative - Career Personnel

Law Firm located in downtown Montgomery is seeking a collector/phone representative.

Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Thursday, 08:00 am to 04:00 pm Friday.

Pay: $15 per hour to start - With future raises and benefits.

RESPONSIBILITES:

• Answering phones
• Taking payments
• Management of Email inboxes
• Data entry

REQUIREMENTS:

• Phone Experience
• Customer Service Experience
• EMPHASIS ON IMPORTANCE OF GOOD ATTENDANCE

Screening required:

• Credit Check - Things that will be reviewed to determine eligibility will be: Do you have written off debt? Do you have debt that is unpaid and past due? Do you have any court judgements against you? Do you have recent bankruptcy? If any of these pertain to you, you will not be eligible for this job.
• 10-year National Criminal Background Check
• Drug screening
