About the Job
The Collections department is seeking three (3) highly motivated Collectors to join our team. The Collector focuses on collecting monies on delinquent property taxes on personal and business accounts. They are responsible for inbound and outbound calls in order to set arrangements for debt payment or establish debt payment schedules. Additionally, the Collector will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all collection activities. Therefore, the right candidate must have proficient computer skills, excellent communication skills, and a friendly demeanor.
Attached is a thorough job description detailing the tasks the Collector will perform. This individual must be bilingual in English and Spanish. While you do not need any specific collections experience, the candidate should have a background in customer service. We will be assessing candidates' transferable skills from previous employment.

Salary: $ 33,280/$16 hourly rate
Scheduled Shift: 8am - 5pm
