We are looking for a Collections Specialist to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to drive significant improvement in the business by collecting on aged customer balances, and contributing to process improvement in the business. This role is commission based (you are paid a percentage of what you collect), and you will be paid well for successful collection outcomes.
Collections Specialist
The Collections Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining the collection of outstanding accounts receivable from our clients while ensuring a high level of customer service. This role requires persuasive communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to analyze and resolve account discrepancies efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact customers with aged balances and work directly with the customer to drive resolution of unpaid, aged balances.
- Monitor receivables and collections, prioritize and collect outstanding account receivables
- Identify and recommendations to leadership for process improvements on accounts receivable and customer collections.
- Resolve in a timely manner, disputed items and customer concerns, as necessary
- Uphold our high standards for compliance and customer satisfaction, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and a positive customer experience.
- Deliver weekly and monthly updates on payment statuses, keeping our team informed and on track.
Technology & Reporting:
- Utilize ServiceTitan CRM (experience preferred, but not required; training provided)
- Track collections progress through Service Titan reporting and Microsoft Excel to identify status of key unpaid balances, and amounts collected.
Key Qualifications:
- Self-starter, eager to grow in your career and control your future
- Excellent customer relationship and people skills, you enjoy talking with people and creating a good outcome for them and the company.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Background in Office Admin or AR/Collections is preferred, but a proactive attitude and willingness to tackle challenges matter most.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to multi-task effectively, working both independently and as part of a supportive team.

- Fully commissioned pay model, you are paid a percentage of aged balances you collect.
