Summary: Assists with the day-to-day accounts receivable function, with a principal focus on collections, as required for supporting Pinnacle's departments and business operations.

Summary: Assists with the day-to-day accounts receivable function, with a principal focus on collections, as required for supporting Pinnacle's departments and business operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor the Company’s accounts receivable and identify overdue accounts.
- Contact customers with overdue accounts for collection.
- Maintain records of contacts and attempted contacts with delinquent accounts as well as records of pending and collected payments.
- Process accounting receivables and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Performing accurate financial reporting of accounts receivables data in the Company’s subledger.
- Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients’ billing issues.
- Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients.
- Generate reports detailing accounts receivable status.
Education/Experience:
Two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificates and Licenses:
Valid driver’s license.
Knowledge, Skills, and Other Abilities:
- Proven working experience as Accounts Receivable Clerk.
- Ability to be tactfully persistent in the collection of past due accounts.
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulations.
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records.
- Accurate data entry skills.
- Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software. (NetSuite preferred)
- Proficiency in English and in MS Office.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Written and oral communication skills.
- Organizational skills.
- People skills including possessing a positive, friendly, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to be flexible with changing priorities.
- Ability to communicate in a diplomatic and professional manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong mathematical knowledge.
