CornerStone Staffing has partnered with a major finance company seeking a Collections Specialist (Remote) based in Phoenix, AZ area. As the Collections Specialist, you will play a key role in managing and resolving delinquent accounts while maintaining strong customer relationships. In this role, you will identify and address reasons for delinquency, negotiate account resolutions, and perform skip tracing as needed. You'll be accountable for reducing delinquencies on assigned accounts while meeting company productivity and performance standards. Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in collections. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team within a huge and renowned organization!
Requirements for the Collections Specialist:
• 2+ years of experience in collections
• Experience working in a call center environment
• Ability to be onsite in Tempe, AZ for the first 2 months for training
• Ability to work any shift between 6am and 10pm
•Candidates must reside within the Phoenix, AZ area
Compensation for the Collections Specialist:
• Contract assignment with Potential to Convert to Direct Hire
• Location: Tempe, AZ (REMOTE after 2 months of training)
• Pay: $19/hour
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
