Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, both over the phone and through email.
- Customer Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with our valued customers.
- Collections: Support collections efforts to ensure financial integrity.
Qualifications:
- Business - Business collections experience
- Familiarity with MS Office
- ERP experience preferred
- Excellent communications skill- written and verbal.
