Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, SOX, and country-specific laws.
- Evaluate credit history, prepare/review Sales Agreements, and recommend edits before Client submission.
- Initiate and manage collections via iCollections and direct Client communication (phone/email).
- Track collections performance, focusing on cash collected, receivable targets, and aging categories.
- Manage a regional B2B portfolio (~600 transactions per quarter) and document all payment interactions.
- Resolve payment issues by coordinating with internal teams (Order Management, Cash Applications, Portal teams).
- Prepare credit memos and provide reports on delinquent balances ($10K+, 60+ days).
- Exceed monthly/quarterly targets for collections and receivables.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1+ years in Customer Service, Collections, or Sales Support.
- Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Knowledge of Oracle or CRM systems is a plus.
- Competencies: Adaptable, detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player.
