Job Opportunity: Accounts Receivable/Collections Specialist
Location: Concord, CA (100% On-Site)
Start Date: January 6, 2025
Duration: 1-2 Months
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Are you a skilled Accounts Receivable/Collections professional with a knack for persistence and organization? We're seeking a dedicated individual to join our team for a short-term assignment in Concord. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong communication skills, and enjoys building relationships while ensuring timely collections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage 100-150 B2B accounts for collections within the two-month assignment.
- Communicate effectively with clients via calls and emails to resolve outstanding payments.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and payment progress in Outlook and Excel.
- Ensure follow-through on commitments and escalate issues when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5 years in Accounts Receivable/Collections or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
- Soft Skills: Persistent, friendly, and professional with strong follow-through and organizational skills.
