Overview of the Collections SpecialistRole:

• Monitor aging accounts and run aging reports
• Perform business-to-business collections via phone and email
• Manage customer relationships
• Apply payments to customer accounts
• Research and resolve discrepancies and disputes

Preferred Qualifications for the Collections Specialist:

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting
• Minimum three years of collections experience
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Location: This role is 100% onsite in Buchanan, MI

Salary: $40,840 - $47,840 depending on experience
