Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory or management experience.
- Strong knowledge of collection processes and procedures.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Proficiency in using collection software and data analytics tools.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and support the team in alignment with the company’s vision and mission.
- Set and achieve targeted performance goals for the team.
- Motivate and engage team members to meet key objectives and performance expectations.
- Oversee and improve the collection process, monitoring team performance to ensure efficiency.
- Hire, coach, and train staff, including conducting weekly training sessions and one-on-one meetings.
- Mentor new staff on best practices to enhance performance.
- Develop and implement effective collection strategies.
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports as needed.
- Professionally handle customer inquiries and resolve disputes.
Salary and Working Hours
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 6 PM.
- Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
