We have a great direct hire position with a client in Tampa available! This customer service center that supports a very elite and high end industry and they are looking for individuals with a strong hospitality background who also have excellent verbal and written communications skills!
As a Collections Customer Service Representative, you will ensure the highest level of service and satisfaction for our valued customers. Your hospitality background and communication prowess will be invaluable in delivering exceptional experiences.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Contact customers promptly and courteously through inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide expert assistance and information to resolve customer issues and inquiries regarding collections.
- Be inquisitive, be a troubleshooter and help solve any problems/issues that you can
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services and be able to convey their value effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer support.
- Continuously improve your knowledge and skills to meet and exceed customer expectations.
**Qualifications:**
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable with heavy phone volume
- Previous hospitality experience preferred.
- Proven ability to handle challenging customer situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
