Collections Associate Duties:
The primary responsibility of the Collections Associate is to contact delinquent customers via telephone and email to resolve overdue account balances and assist in payment processing. We are a first party collector and pride ourselves on our courteous and compassionate interaction with all of our customers.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Establishes payment plans and follows up to ensure agreements are fulfilled.
- Follows up on collection calls with customers (external and internal).
- Performs day-to-day activities that ensure effective account management.
- Performs reconciliations for accounts to maintain accuracy.
- Works with customers in a proactive manner to resolve discrepancies.
- Monitors changes in customer financial status and payment patterns.
- Audits and maintains customer accounts to make sure terms are accurate and customer profiles have current information.
- Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
