- Maintain attention to detail to ensure accuracy in collections and account management.
- At least 2 years of experience in a billing and collections environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and phone skills.
- Empathy and rapport-building abilities to handle unique client needs effectively.
