Collections Analyst Duties: 

• Develop and implement work plans to manage account inventory effectively.
• Report performance metrics and align collection efforts with business strategy.
• Maximize efficiency by leveraging collection software tools.
• Oversee quality assurance to ensure compliance with lawful client interactions.
• Analyze financial data to negotiate resolutions for delinquent accounts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance performance, including skip tracing, account evaluation, client communication, payment negotiations, and legal compliance.

 
Collections Analyst Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Collections Specialist in a law firm.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and collections software; ARCS experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of FDCPA, Texas collection laws, legal processes, and third-party collection regulations.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to think critically, solve problems, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to implement organizational changes effectively.
