Job Responsibilities:- Monitor accounts receivable aging reports to identify overdue accounts and prioritize collection efforts.
- Contact clients via phone, email, and mail to follow up on overdue payments and negotiate payment plans when necessary.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes in a timely manner.
- Document all collection activities and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment status.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers and accounting staff, to address client concerns and ensure timely payment processing.
- Analyze client payment patterns and recommend strategies to improve collections and reduce delinquency.
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices in collections and implement changes as needed to optimize collection processes.
- Provide regular reports to management on collection activities, including outstanding balances and collection trends.
•Bachelors Degree in Accounting or related field
•2+ years of Collections experience
•Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
•Proficient in MS Word & Excel.
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
